Players must wear all required protective gear, including eye protection, at all times while on the field.
Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans from the Site, as determined at the Site's discretion.
4. Memberships
The Site offers membership options that provide players with various benefits, such as discounted entry fees, and other perks as outlined on the membership page.

4.1 Membership Eligibility:
Memberships are available to individuals who meet the age and safety requirements specified by the Site. By purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with the Site's rules and guidelines. -
4.2 Membership Termination:
The Site reserves the right to terminate or revoke any membership without notice if a player violates the Site’s rules, engages in unsafe conduct, or is banned from the Site for any reason.Void Memberships:
If a player is banned from the Site, their membership and UKARA will be immediately void and no refunds will be issued for any remaining membership period. Once banned, a player will no longer be eligible to participate in any activities or events hosted by the Site. -
4.3 Membership Fees:
Membership fees are non-refundable, except in circumstances where the Site cancels a membership due to reasons not related to the player's conduct. Memberships are non-transferable and are for the exclusive use of the registered member. -
4.4 Renewal and Cancellation:
Memberships are renewable on an annual basis. Members may choose to cancel their membership at any time by notifying the Site, but no refunds will be provided for unused time. -
5. Waiver and Assumption of Risk
Airsoft activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury. By participating in airsoft activities organized by the Site, you agree to assume all risks associated with such activities and release the Site, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury, damage, or loss.

You acknowledge that airsoft is a physical sport that involves the use of replica firearms and that safety measures, including the use of protective gear, must be adhered to at all times.

7. Booking and Cancellation Policies

Pre Bookings for airsoft events must be made in advance, and deposit must be received to secure your spot. -
7.2 Cancellation by the Site:
The Site reserves the right to cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, insufficient participants, etc.). In such cases, players will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. -
8. Age Restrictions
Players must be at least 12 to participate in airsoft activities. Minors (under 18 years of age) must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian and be accompanied by a responsible adult while participating in events.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which governs the use of data collected through the Site. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
